Meet Emmah

Team Leader

Emmah Makuthi is a community-focused leader and accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation, dedicated to fostering growth, resilience, and wellbeing of individuals, families and communities. With more than 20 years of experience across government, the United Nations, civil society, and faith-based organisations, Emmah brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise in supporting individuals, families, and communities to thrive.

Her professional journey has taken her from entry-level roles to senior leadership, equipping her with deep insight into both the challenges and opportunities that shape personal and organisational growth. Emmah’s work is grounded in her faith and her commitment to creating spaces where people feel empowered, valued, and supported to reach their full potential.

Based in Western Sydney, Emmah balances her professional life with her role as a wife to Christopher and as a mother of three. She continues to dedicate her skills, passion, and experience to building strong, resilient communities and inspiring hope for a brighter future.
