What is the difference between coaching, mentoring, and counselling?

Coaching: Coaches ask insightful questions to draw out and leverage the expertise of those they serve, focusing on achieving specific goals.

Mentoring: Mentors facilitate conversations, provide guidance, and share their own expertise and experience to help navigate life’s challenges.

Counselling: Counsellors use professional expertise to diagnose and address issues, often focusing on past experiences to bring healing and clarity.

How long does mentorship last?

Mentorship is a minimum commitment of 1 year, but it can be extended based on individual needs

How long are counselling sessions?

Counselling sessions are 1.5 hours long and held fortnightly, with the duration agreed upon based on individual needs.

Are your services free?

Yes! All of our services are completely free, including access to external counsellors we partner with.

How long is a coaching program?

Coaching typically involves a minimum of 5 sessions and can be extended as needed to achieve your goals.

What if I want to opt-out of a program?

You are free to opt out of any program at any time, no questions asked.

How old do I have to be to access your services?

You must be 16 years or older to receive support from a mentor, coach, or counsellor.
